Sheena Brown Photography is Michael & Sheena Brown. Michael is from Marion, Ky and Sheena is from Morgantown, Ky however we are proud to now call Bowling Green, Ky our home. We have been happily married for almost 7 years and God has blessed us with 3 beautiful, healthy children. Michael is a Program Manager at an automotive component manufacturer in Bowling Green and Sheena is a stay-at-home mom (we still argue over who has the tougher job...right now Michael thinks that Sheena is winning).
The photography business started out of Michael & Sheena's desire to do something together. Our search for something to do was relatively easy. Michael loves to hunt but make-up, perfume, and high heels don't mix well with a treestand so Sheena was out on that one. Sheena loves to shop but Michael would rather claw his eyes out then spend more than 5 minutes in the women's department at any store, so that was out. Then it dawned on us that Sheena is very creative, outgoing, and loves to take pictures while Michael has a knack for business and computers so, Sheena Brown Photography was born.
Since we started the business we have been blessed with the best clients in the world. Some were already close friends but now we are happy to call each one of our clients friends and valuable members of the Sheena Brown Photography family. We have shared some great moments with each one of our new friends but, the most fulfilling part of what we do, is getting to see the look on a beautiful bride or a proud mother's face when they come over to see the finished pictures and view their customized slideshow.
Above all our love and worship of the Lord Jesus Christ is the most important aspect of our lives. He has always been right there with us through both the good and the bad times and we give Him all of the praise and glory for it. Sheena has a pillow which was a gift from her stepmother that contains this passage from the book of Philippians, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." That simple sentence gets us through many situations both professional and personal.
